Yelp has proven fruitless after 1 minute of searching.
Fort Mason Center (which isn't really a laser tag venue but simply an overall venue for all events) looks promising, maybe.
Alternative plan: either borrowing an ID from someone to go to California Academy of Sciences Nightlife events OR to go ice-skating.
But top choice is definitely laser tag.
